Terms and conditions of participation – PUR HAIR x CONE competition “Win ​​Your Summer Glow”

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by:

2. Participation period

The competition starts on July 1, 2025 and ends on July 7, 2025 at 7:00 PM (CET). Entries received after this time cannot be considered.

3. Participation requirements

Participation is exclusively via Instagram. All individuals aged 18 and over residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Sharing via story sharing is only possible with a public Instagram profile. Employees of PUR HAIR and CONE Cosmetics, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation.

2. Like the giveaway post on the Instagram profile of @purhair.official

3. Comment below the giveaway post with your next travel destination.

4. For an extra chance to win: Share this post in your Instagram story and tag @purhair.official and @cone.cosmetics (profile must be public)

4. Prize & Prize Notification

Five winners will be drawn from all eligible participants.

The prize: one summer package each, consisting of:

The winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram on July 8, 2025. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be redrawn.

7. Other

Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. PUR HAIR reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition prematurely for important reasons (e.g., manipulation).
