Terms and Conditions/Right of Withdrawal

§ 1 Scope, General Provisions

1. Hairlike GmbH, Max-Reger-Sr.170, 90571 Schwaig, offers hairdressing supplies, especially products for hair care, hairstyle and styling, for sale via this webshop.
2. The following General Terms and Conditions, in their version valid at the time of the order, apply to all purchase agreements concluded between shop.purhair.de, the online shop of Hairlike GmbH, as the provider, and customers via the online shop.purhair.de. Any differing terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless shop.purhair.de expressly agrees to their validity.
3. The offers on shop.purhair.de are exclusively aimed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
4. The contract language is exclusively German.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

1. Customers can select items, particularly hairdressing supplies, from the shop.purhair.de product range and add them to a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. After entering the personal data required for processing the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button in the final step of the ordering process. Goods are only sold in quantities typical for household use.
2. Before submitting the offer via the "Buy Now" button, the customer is asked to review their entries. The customer can view and modify their offer at any time before submitting. In case of input errors, before submitting the binding offer, it is possible to return to previous stages of the ordering process via the order status indicator, remove items from the shopping cart, and/or return to the previous product page using the browser's "Back" button to enter new information.
3. The customer can only submit their offer if they have accepted these terms and conditions by clicking the "Accept Terms and Conditions" button and have included them in their application, and have also clicked the "Cancellation Policy/Sample Cancellation Form" button to be informed about the right of withdrawal, which is only available to consumers, and have reviewed the sample cancellation form. Upon the customer's binding offer via the "Buy Now" button, shop.purhair.de will send the customer an automated confirmation of receipt by email, which lists the essential information of the order and can be printed using the "Print" function. The contract text is not stored by shop.purhair.de and is therefore not accessible subsequently.
4. The automated order confirmation merely documents that the customer's order has been received by shop.purhair.de and does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract between the customer and shop.purhair.de is concluded upon shop.purhair.de issuing a declaration of acceptance, which is sent in a separate email (order confirmation). This email contains the essential information of the concluded purchase agreement and can be printed using the "Print" function, or at the latest upon shipment of the ordered goods.

§ 3 Delivery, Delivery period

1. Delivery of ordered goods is only possible to the countries listed in the shipping cost table accessible via the "Shipping Costs" button, and at the shipping costs indicated there. Delivery to other countries is not possible.
2. The delivery time, meaning the period between placing the order and delivery, is 2-3 business days for cash on delivery and instant bank transfer. For payments via direct debit, credit card, and PayPal, delivery takes place 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.
   

§ 4 Prices; Shipping costs, due date and payment terms

1. The quoted prices, as purchase prices, include all price components, including statutory VAT.
2. The goods are delivered by a transport company commissioned by shop.purhair.de at the shipping costs specified in the item description; these costs are to be borne by the customer. Within Germany, UPS/DHL is generally used for deliveries; international shipments to the countries listed in the shipping cost table are also regularly handled by UPS.
3. The customer has the specific payment options listed in the respective product offer on shop.purhair.de available during the ordering process. The customer can generally pay by direct debit, instant bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery. Detailed information on payment methods can be found by clicking the "Payment Methods" button.
4. The customer can change the payment method saved in their user account at any time. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date for payment is specified according to the calendar, the customer is in default upon missing this deadline. In this case, they must pay the provider default interest at a rate of 2 percentage points above the base interest rate.

§ 5 Retention of Title

Until full payment is received from the customer, the delivered items remain the property of shop.purhair.de.

Section 6 Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers as defined in Section 1 Paragraph 2, Sentence 2 of these terms and conditions may withdraw from the contract.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
