THE STORY OF PUR HAIR ORGANIC
From opening his first salon to developing a revolutionary hair care line – Reinhold Hofmann's journey is a story of passion, determination and the relentless pursuit of perfection.
A revolution in hair care
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
In 1979, at the young age of 21, Reinhold Hofmann opened his first hair salon in Nuremberg. Even then, he was not only a passionate master hairdresser but also a visionary who constantly strived for perfection. Over the years, he collaborated with many renowned hair care brands, but none could meet his high standards for quality and sustainability. This gave him the idea to develop his own hair care line – one that would meet all his requirements and more.
THE TRIP
FROM GERMANY TO THE USA
With this vision in mind, Reinhold embarked on an intensive research journey in the early 2000s, which took him to the USA. There, he worked closely with leading laboratories and scientists to find the perfect balance between nature and science. His mission was clear: to develop a hair care line that is not only based on natural ingredients but is also able to regenerate and strengthen hair from within.
The breakthrough
The amino acid-oil-plant complex
After eight years of intensive research, the time had finally come. Reinhold and his team developed the unique amino acid-oil-plant complex that forms the heart of PUR HAIR organic. This special complex combines the power of nature with cutting-edge science and relies on three essential components:
Amino acids
The basic building blocks of hair, which are essential for repairing and strengthening the hair structure.
Natural oils
Rich in nutrients that make hair soft and shiny.
Selected plant extracts
They deeply nourish and protect the hair.
What makes PUR HAIR organic so unique is the size of the molecules in our products. These molecules are exceptionally small, allowing them to penetrate deep into the hair structure.
